When will an order be delivered? 

We'll typically respond to an query within 24-48 hours and be ready to ship in 3-5 days for ready-to-give artwork. Made-to-order artwork will take anywhere from days up to 8 weeks to complete. Let us know if you have a specific deadline, and we will try to accommodate.

What kind of frames should be used for quilling artwork? 

For quilling artwork, we recommend a double mat frame by Studio Decor from Michaels to accommodate the 3D paper design. Below is the link for your reference.
